What is health coaching?
I help women eliminate bloating & digestive distress so that they can lose the weight they want, feel confident again, and gain back their energy. We do this by exploring your health goals and creating a personalized plan to help you reach them. I use an integrated approach to find out the root causes of why you experience these symptoms and how we can work to heal your body from the inside out.
how long are coaching sessions?
You can expect our coaching session to last 45-minutes. There will sometimes be a little bit of homework to be completed or videos to watch before our next session as well.
what are my qualifications?
I graduated from the Institute for Integratvie Nutrition in 2022, making me a Certified Holistic Nutrition Health Coach. I completed a handful of graduate level nutrition and lifestyle courses as well.
do i have to count calories or measure my food?
NO! You won’t be counting calories and will not be measuring your food! I will teach you how to balance your hunger hormones through the foods you eat, which are what tell your brain how much to eat!
how can i tell if i would benefit from health coaching?
If you have any symptoms relating to gut and/or hormone imbalance (fatigue, autoimmune issues, bloating, acne, digestive distress, etc.)or you are ready to lose weight for the last time, then schedule a call and we can explore whether or not coaching is for you! If you are ready to make sustainable and long-lasting lifetsyle change, then coaching may be perfect for you!
when and where do health coaching sessions happen?
Sessions are all virtual and scheduled via Zoom. I ask that you give at least a 24-hour notice if you cannot make it to your appointment.
Is this a personalized program?
YES! You will provide all of your information supplements, food history, hunger and energy levels, quality of sleep, and more. I want to know everything I can to make a plan that’s perfect for YOU!
i’m so busy! what if i don’t have time to cook?
Don’t worry, that’s totally okay! There are tons of meal prepping hacks as well as quick and easy meal ideas that I will teach you so you can still achieve the healthy lifestyle you desire!
AM I restricted to ony eating certain foods?
No! My goal is to get you to true food freedom. We will explore different foods and how they make your body feel in a way that helps regulate your hunger hormones, helping you to make healthier choices naturally!
how long is the program?
The program is 3 months long. You have the option to continuing on a maintenance program for a lower price, but we won’t talk about that until you’re near the end of your program!
what will we go over each week?
There are different things we will focus on each week from pantry clean out, building healthy meals, supplements, movement, stress, and mindset are a few examples. Because your program is personalized to YOU, we won’t know your exact roadmap until I know more about you and your goals!
when will i see results?
Everybody is SO different. Some people see results the first week and others see results later, BUT I will do everything I can to set you up to see results as quickly as your body allows!
